Standard License Agreement
The licensed asset (Image) can appear in up to 5,000 end products for sale. An end product is defined as the final article that is sold to the customer.
For example, a tincture or tote bag. When number of end products exceeds 1,000 units, you will need to either purchase another standard license or upgrade to a commercial license.
You may
Use the asset in unlimited personal projects not resulting in an end product
Use the asset in multiple client projects (examples include logo design, a packaging design you’ve been commissioned for, etc.)
If using the asset as part of a client project, ensure that the image cannot be isolated and extracted by the client
Sell up to 5,000 physical or digital end products using the asset as long as the item is part of a larger design
You may not
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the license for any reason
Claim the artwork as your own
