Packaging

Most items ship within one week. I do my best to ship all orders out as quickly as possible, but sometimes it may take longer. Please understand that Tenderheart Studio is a one person operation.

If you believe your order may have gotten lost, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

I currently only support shipping to the US and Canada.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible and I will offer a replacement or issue a refund.
I can’t offer returns or exchanges at this time.

I do my best to be as sustainable as possible with shipping materials. Most of the items I use are reusable or recyclable, and in fact much of the cardboard or chipboard I use to back prints is reused from items I’ve received. That being said, I currently use plastic sleeves for some of my prints. I’m working on phasing out plastic in all of my shop, but I believe it’s better to use what I have than to dump it in favor of something else. Please recycle or compost the packaging that you can, and reuse the plastic sleeves if you can.
